The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Exposure:
- Should have exposure of financial domain project
- Should have proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
- Should have experience with popular test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.
- Knowledge on API testing and familiarity with REST API.
- Knowledge of security testing principles and techniques to ensure the security of software applications.
- Experience in setting up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
- Project Delivery: Lead a team of project managers and ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Account Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and proposals to expand our services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and achieve targets. Continuously monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery or account growth and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex testing projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, Agile/Scrum, or Six Sigma is good to have.
- Should be open to travel to client location/s within Mumbai and to Pune, as required.
