JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managed a large BFS portfolio (revenue target of approx. USD 8 MN) for a global Tier1 Bank encompassing their Digital Transformation Projects
  • within Investment Banking, Corporate Functions IT and Application Development
  • Management verticals.
  • Responsibilities included:
  • Managed Services viz. staffing, outcome and fixed price IT consulting for the Digital Transformation Projects for the Tier1 bank.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management/ Client Partners/ Sales in establishing key strategic IT consulting and service accounts
  • Manage Team (120+ resources) deployed at client location on Digital transformation projects and handling their career progression
  • in tandem with Client managers
  • People management and coordinating with Talent Acquisition (IT, QA, Management profiles) to get the right resources onboard. Over 100 resources onboarded.
  • Worked closely with Domain/Practice Groups to fulfill Client requirements
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and ensure that the Account abides by the Organization standards and processes. Monitoring the same on a regular basis.
  • Ensure Account margins and profitability are achieved as per targets given
