The Event Management Executive will be responsible for planning and executing various events, coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring successful event delivery. Their tasks will include budget management, timeline creation, client communication, vendor negotiations, site inspections, and post-event evaluations. Qualifications Event planning and execution skills Strong coordination and communication skills Budget management and timeline creation skills Client relationship management skills Vendor negotiation and management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Previous experience in event management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
