We are expanding our team to enhance our market presence and drive growth through strategic channel sales and key account management.


Position Overview:

The Manager - Channel & Salon Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth through channel partners and key accounts. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share for EmiGel Professional.

- Channel Partner Management : Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Develop strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales potential.

- Key Account Management : Identify and manage key accounts such as Salon Chains, Training Academies, Nail Studios & Modern Trade, building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop tailored sales strategies for each key account.

- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective management of channel partners and key accounts.

- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and inform sales strategies.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to channel partners and key accounts to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to sell EmiGel products effectively.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the executive team. Adjust strategies as needed to meet sales goals.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- Team Management : Develop and manage the sales team, ensuring efficient & effective utilisation to achieve sales objectives.



Qualifications:


Experience : Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in channel sales and key account management, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or professional products industry.


Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
