Job description: (in brief)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Growth Manager, who will be responsible to drive growth, OPD, for the Artisanal Sector ( handicraft, handloom, gourmet products). As a Growth Manager, you will be developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, catalyse visibility on multiple platforms, customer engagement, and revenue growth for seller participants.

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Plan and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns on various Network participants platforms to drive OPD.- Sturdy data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts and strategize engagement plans through written content, videos, creatives. Knowledge of tools for analysing data is a must.- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to drive OPD.-- Evangelising various buyer entities for creating domain specific plans for promotion and sales of products and producers.- Influencing and converting entities for domain/sector buyer applications for ONDC.- Hold workshops for Network participants, sellers on training them to market their products and create compelling content for the same.- Facilitating workshops for training entities to self promote and market their brands. Engaging sellers and developing content for training on tools for marketing for rural, semi-literate sellers.- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and management- Creating engaging visual content :catalogues, banners, etc. for buyers for sharing on digital media via digital tools.- Supporting functions of social media, promotions, discounts, PR with diverse stakeholders - Govt, NGO, Seller, Funding orgs, etc.- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue- Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process

Ideal Candidate and qualifications and experiences

- A Master’s in marketing, and/or related fields with a total 8years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field, and e-commerce sales.- Should have at least 6+ years of experience with e-commerce.- A strong analytical mindset to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- The ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Leading and motivating teams to execute growth strategies effectively- Familiarity with relevant software tools for data analysis, customer relationship management (CRM), SEO, and project management.- A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs)- Hands-on skills and expertise in content design,with tools such as Canva ai.- Creative, empathetic, and appetite to work in challenging environments
