What You'll Do

  1. Help plan and schedule
    Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
    posts.
  2. Write fun, witty, and on-brand captions and hashtags.
  3. Assist during
    shoots
    — prepping products, styling, and capturing behind-the-scenes moments.
  4. Spot
    trending sounds, Reels, and memes
    and suggest ways to adapt them.
  5. Keep our community buzzing by monitoring comments & DMs.
  6. Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts go live on time.
  7. Share quick insights on what's working (and what's not).

What We're Looking For

  1. Instagram-savvy: You know your Reels, trending audios, and viral formats.
  2. Strong communication skills — you love playing with words and tone.
  3. Interest in
    fashion, lifestyle, or kidswear content
    is a bonus.
  4. A curious, creative, and proactive personality.
