Role Overview

The Manager Learning and Talent Enablement is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organization-wide learning strategies that drive employee development, leadership readiness, AI readiness and organizational capability building.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Design

  • Develop and execute learning and talent enablement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across functions and levels to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements.
  • Curate and design learning solutions with collaboration with the functional experts.

Talent Enablement & Capability Development

  • Partner with business leaders to design leadership development, succession readiness, and high-potential programs.
  • Enable managers and employees with tools, frameworks, and learning journeys that promote career growth and mobility.
  • Build a robust capability development framework to support organizational transformation and change initiatives.

Ramping Up & Capability Development

  • Develop structured onboarding and ramp-up programs to shorten time-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Create role-specific learning roadmaps for employees transitioning into new positions or responsibilities.
  • Build a robust capability development framework to support organizational transformation and future skill needs.
  • Introduce continuous upskilling initiatives (technical, functional, leadership, and soft skills).

AI Enablement

  • Lead AI readiness programstraining employees on AI tools, ethical considerations, and human–AI collaboration to future-proof the workforce.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's / bachelor's degree in human resources
  • 4-6 years of HR/L&D experience
  • Exposure to global HR/talent practices preferred.
