:Relationship Manager (Tele Caller) – Job DescriptionLocation: PuneExperience: MBA Freshers / Graduates with 3 Years Tele-Calling ExperienceEducation: MBA (Marketing / Finance) or Graduate with relevant experienceSalary: Minimum CTC ₹4.20Lakh + Performance Pay (6Lakh)About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Relationship Manager (Tele Caller) to join our professional team. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective tele-calling and customer engagement strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound tele-calling to generate leads and build relationships with clients.Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.RequirementsMBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.How to Apply:Send your updated CV to more:
