Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, managing and resolving client queries, and collaborating with other teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will track performance metrics and report on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
