Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.The Finance Team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Operations to join the Snap teamWhat you’ll do:Implement Accounts Payable best practices and policies including, but not limited to, supplier invoice processing, purchase requisition, payment runs for suppliers and creators, supplier setup and supplier data integrity, analytics and KPI reporting, period-end closing, and any general reporting

Support global travel related platforms, oversee our internal credit card programs, ensure timely processing of expense reports and provide all relevant reporting on the program

Build partnerships with key business partners to create transparency and drive operational excellence in global AP support

Support the monthly and quarterly financial close by providing timely and accurate AP related results

Ensure compliance with SOX controls by reflecting an accurate process narrative, maintaining and improving systems, processes, data and providing training to the team

Build and support a global withholding tax process to ensure we are complaint with local regulations

Support our 3rd party platform to issue weekly creator payments, ensuring we are working with the payments engineering and monetization teams to provide a complaint and timely process

Monitor vendor performance as it relates to compliance, contractual agreements, and service quality

Work closely with our technology teams to contribute feedback and perform testing on miscellaneous system-related projects and enhancements

Partner with team leaders in Financial Operations to establish and implement key reporting metrics and service level agreements

Lead cross functional projects to help the organization implement better tools or processes that will help our business efficiently scale

Lead the operational integration of acquisitions into the global Financial Operations process model

Support cross-team and leadership development within the Financial Operations team

Develop team members into future Financial Operations leaders

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Track record of motivating and managing a global transactional team of team members

Experience managing third-party shared service providers and establishing scalable operating models

Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong relationships

Proven track record to thrive in a multifaceted environment under short timelines and changing priorities

Excellent customer service, organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal

Passionate pursuit of automation and efficiencies within a high-volume environment

Experience in tech or digital media industries

Be able and open to traveling occasionally as needed

Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience

10+ years of relevant professional experience

Preferred qualifications:MBA or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or other Accounting Certification

5+ years of experience managing shared service processes with a team of 10+.
