Senior Vice President, AI/Machine Learning Software Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AI/Machine Learning Software Engineer - to join our team Business Analytics & Insights. This role is in Pune,Maharashtra  - HYBRID Mode.
 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Leads complex machine learning initiatives with direct strategic impact.
  • Maintains and grows cross organizational relationships to further the development of machine learning solutions across the enterprise.
  • Responsible for growing, promoting and deploying the effective utilization of machine learning products and solutions in support of the strategic priorities.
  • Reviews design and implementation plans of large-scale distributed machine learning systems and scalable machine learning technologies and frameworks. 
  • Defines implementation plan for model integration with UI for inferencing. Defines implementation plan of the techniques and algorithms that provide optimal model and pipeline performance from the performance analysis of machine learning solutions.
  • Extracts business insights to guide direction of learning activities and drive organizational efficiencies, effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborates with and supports leaders and their teams from multiple areas of expertise to ensure strategies and data science products are aligned and support business and operating results.
  • Maintains knowledge of company's total computing environment and planned changes to develop meaningful data science products. Manage and use appropriate tools in the cloud. Build and deploy AI/ML Models with CICD experience.
  • Preparation and maintenance of appropriate technical, compliance/Audit documentations
  • Participating in technical design, application build, configuration, unit testing, deployment and production support.
  • Responsible for developing/implementing AI/ML models to support current and future business needs.
  • Grow and develop skills in: MLOps, big data systems, machine learning concepts, NLP, anomaly detection, generative AI, distributed computing and communications of complex results

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Advanced degree in STEM engineering degrees, or equivalent work experience with experience preferred in related fields.     
  • Familiar with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics and methodologies to a wide audience in concise and clear terms.
  • 7+ years of related experience required
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
