Designation : Field Sales Executive Location: Church Street, Bangalore Reporting to: Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities:Store Visits & Acquisition: Visit a minimum of10 retail stores per dayto promote Modcart solutions. Acquire40 new stores per monthto join the Modcart network. Ensure100% utilization and adoptionof Modcart's retail solutions.Point of Sales Material (POSM) Execution: Execute and maintainPOSM (poster & barcode) setupin every partnered store. Regularly check thecondition and visibilityof POS materials and update if needed. Ensure100% executionof all promotional materials at each store.Training & Education: Educate store staff onModcart's product flow and featuresto enhance their understanding and usage. Conducttraining sessionsto ensure store personnel are well-equipped to use Modcart QR and coupon solutions.Campaign Management & Reporting: Keep stores updated withcurrent and upcoming campaigns , ensuring promotional materials are refreshed monthly. Submitdaily reports on sales implementation and POSM executionto the Sales Manager. Monitor and tracksales performance and campaign effectivenessat each store.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Store Acquisition:Achieve a target of40 new stores per month . Utilization Rate:Maintain100% utilizationof Modcart services at acquired stores. POSM Execution:Achieve100% execution of all promotional materials .Skills & Qualifications: Minimum1-2 years of field sales experiencein FMCG, retail, or related industries. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills . Ability totrain and educate store staffefficiently. Goal-oriented mindsetwith a strong drive to meet targets.
