You have the opportunity to:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head to oversee our Preethi business and drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and financial management, with P&L responsibility for the assigned business segment.

Key responsibilities include:

· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.· Lead and manage cross-functional teams, within the matrix structure of Versuni.· Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.· Drive business results, surpassing market trends and gain market share· Drive business development initiatives to acquire new customers, partnerships, and market opportunities.· Manage P&L for the assigned business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.· Implement operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures to improve profitability.· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.· Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.· Build and develop commercial leadership and talent across various functions at Preethi.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.· Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility and overall experience of 15-20 years.· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.· Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.· Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and growth.· Experience in FMCD/ FMCG is preferred but not mandatory.
