Our upcoming brands include: House of Shanti – Ritual-driven wellness and incense Chēri – Smart hair tools designed for Indian hair and climate Nema Homes – Luxury villa brand built on ease and elegance We are a young, founder-led team based between Goa and Delhi. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building brands before launch. Role Overview We are looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to support the brand team with day-to-day tasks in content creation, social media execution, and trend research. This role is well-suited to someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how D2 C brands grow on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Draft Instagram captions and brainstorm post ideas. Assist with Canva-based content creation (carousels, stories, posts). Help schedule posts using Meta Business Suite or internal tools. Research Instagram/Tik Tok trends and suggest adaptations for the brand. Monitor DMs and comments, supporting engagement efforts. Track competitor activity and prepare short reports. Help organize and maintain asset libraries (photos, reels, sound files). Required Skills Good written English with creative communication skills. Proficiency in Canva (mandatory). Familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, and current social media culture. Basic knowledge of mobile editing apps (Cap Cut, In Shot, VN) is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree. Interest in social media, content creation, design and storytelling. Previous experience managing a personal or college Instagram page is preferred but not mandatory. A small portfolio of personal or academic content work is a plus. What You Will Learn Content creation for luxury and lifestyle D2 C brands. Adapting brand voice and visual identity to digital platforms. Structured social media planning and reporting. Exposure to working directly with founders in a fast-growing startup. Potential for a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance. Work Model Location: Remote or Delhi (Hybrid preferred). Flexible working hours with structured weekly deliverables. Reporting to the brand team lead.
