The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HVAC/FPS engineering, and a proven track record in project management. HVAC Design/ Engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HVAC/FPS engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Oversee the design and development of HVAC/FPS systems, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC/FPS solutions into overall project plans. Review technical specifications and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for HVAC/FPS engineering projects. Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development within the team.
