We are seeking an experienced
MEP Design/ Project Manager
with a strong background in
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee, coordinate, and manage all MEP activities, ensuring design compliance, quality execution, and timely project delivery.
Experience in Metro / Rail projects
will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute all MEP works in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications with consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems are carried out as per standards.
  • Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality and safety compliance.
  • Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and progress documentation.
  • Oversee procurement and material management related to MEP components.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    (Master's degree preferred).
  • 15–25 years
    of proven experience in MEP design and execution for large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of
    HVAC, electrical systems, fire-fighting, plumbing, and building automation systems
    .
  • Experience in Metro or Rail projects
    preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management and MEP software tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
