Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Plan monthly social media calendars.- Develop social media strategies and plan campaigns for clients to meet specific brand goals and achieve the desired KPIs.- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives and interns. Assign tasks, track progress, and provide feedback to enhance team performance.- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication.- Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns/content and drive results.- Come up with ads plan and the techniques to reach the goal.- Design Coordination.- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and is optimized for each platform.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and upcoming news for all social media platforms to engage with audiences and increase brand awareness.- Creating moodboards and assisting the photographers/videographers on shoots.- Overlooking optimization, hygiene checks & daily engagement on social media.- Make sure deliverables and deadlines are met (Internal & external).

Skills:

- A passion for all things social media and a creative mind bursting with ideas.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills- Good understanding of social media KPIs- Problem-solving skills
