SAP Success Factors LMS ConsultantWhitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP Success Factors LMS Consultant to support a key client.Key Responsibilities• Solution Design & Implementation:Design, configure, and implement the Success Factors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.• Configuration & Setup:Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.• Integration Management:Ensure seamless integration of the Success Factors LMS with Employee Central• Reporting & Analytics:Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.• Documentation & Training:Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider Success Factors Development and Operations team.Essential Skills• SAP Success Factors LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Success Factors LMS functionality and best practices.• Business Process Design: Ability to design and guide clients on effective learning process solutions.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and custom report development (e.g., using Plateau Report Designer, Stories).• Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with People, training, and technical teams.• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical specifications into understandable concepts suitable for discussion with senior business stakeholders.
