Job Title:SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) ConsultantJob Location:Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, PuneLocation Flexibility:Multiple Locations in CountryJob Description:We are seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultantwith 5-8 years of expertise to join our SAP HXM team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience configuring and implementing theSuccessFactors LMSmodule, along with strong knowledge ofRole-Based Permissions (RBP)andPeople Analytics (Story Reports) . This role involves working with global clients across multiple time zones and requires flexibility to work inrotational shifts , includingUSA night shifts .Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System module.Design and configure learning plans, curricula, certifications, compliance courses, learning assignments, and catalogs based on client requirements.Customize LMS workflows, approval processes, notifications, and reporting to align with organizational and regulatory needs.Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to develop effective learning strategies and maximize LMS adoption.Develop and manageRole-Based Permissions (RBP)to ensure secure access and data segmentation across LMS users including learners, instructors, managers, and administrators.Create, customize, and maintain comprehensiveLMS reports and dashboards , includingPeople Analytics Story Reports , to provide actionable insights on learner progress, course completion rates, certification renewals, compliance status, training effectiveness, and user engagement.Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related system issues and provide end-user training and documentation.Manage LMS content lifecycle, including uploading, scheduling, version control, and deactivating outdated courses.Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Performance & Goals for a seamless talent management experience.Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases, new features, and industry best practices for LMS.Technical Skills Required:SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS):Extensive hands-on experience with LMS administration including:Learning Plans and Curricula setup and maintenanceCertifications and Recertifications managementCompliance Course Management (Regulatory Training)Learning Assignment creation and automated assignment rulesEvent Management and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) configurationsCourse Catalog and User Group ManagementAutomated Notification & Reminder configurations (email & system alerts)Learning History and Transcript managementSCORM and AICC content upload and integrationLMS Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Data ExportsUser and Course Analytics with trend analysisProficient in LMS system configuration including:Workflow configuration for approvals and escalationsScheduling and Session management for ILT and virtual trainingIntegration configuration with LMS connectors and APIs for third-party content providers and systemsManaging system upgrades and testing patches/releasesStrong knowledge of LMS security models and data privacy compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).LMS Reports Development:Skilled in developing and customizing LMS reports using standard reporting tools andPeople Analytics Story Reports .Ability to design detailed, role-specific reports covering:Learner progress and completion trackingCourse attendance and engagement statisticsCertification and compliance status with renewal alertsTraining effectiveness and satisfaction surveysUser activity logs and system usage patternsExperience creating dashboards and visualizations that simplify data interpretation for HR, L&D, and management teams.Knowledge of report scheduling, automated distribution, and export formats (PDF, Excel, CSV).Role-Based Permissions (RBP):Expertise in designing and managing detailed RBP configurations tailored to LMS roles such as learners, instructors, administrators, and managers.Ability to control access to content, reporting, user management, and administration based on organizational hierarchy and user groups.People Analytics:Skilled in creatingStory Reportsand analytics dashboards focused on:Learner engagement and completion ratesTraining compliance and certification trackingCourse effectiveness and satisfaction metricsUser activity and system usage statisticsAdditional Skills:Familiarity with SuccessFactors Admin Center and Provisioning tools.Experience with LMS content lifecycle management and third-party content integration (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.Experience working in Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.Good to Have:Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactorsEmployee Central (EC)or other modules like Compensation or Succession & Development.Experience integrating LMS with EC or other SuccessFactors modules for unified talent management.Shift Requirement & Allowance:USA Shifts – Mandatory USA Night Shift:11:30 PM IST to 9:00 AM ISTPreferred Qualifications:SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Certification.Experience in global LMS implementations, particularly in compliance-heavy industries.Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.Exposure to integrations with Employee Central or other SAP SF modules.
