Recruiting and retaining high performers. Х Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction Required Experience Five to ten years of experience as Gold Loan sales in Bank/NBFC. Education / Preferred Qualifications Professional qualification, graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing along with relevant experience. Core Competencies Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment Good knowledge of industries/sectors, People & Relationship Management skills. Technical Competencies Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Industry policies/practices.is a must. Good knowledge of Gold loan Have an established local network in the Indian Banking market. Identifying the need of sales training, analysing changing market trends, channel deployment Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.
