ABrief Overview TheTreasury Analyst role within the Corporate Treasury team completes routineTreasury functions while supporting, sometimes complex, Treasury projects orclient -facing issues. Locations: Ambattur, Chennai Responsibility: · Serveas an administrator on banking portals and the Treasury Management System (TMS)to 1) setup banking access for new users and entitlements, 2) facilitate dailycash positioning ensuring sufficient funds availability across accounts,including extraction and approval of wire payments, and 3) be available toconfirm wire instructions/requests as needed· Own thebank account opening and closing processes and associated KYC (Know YourCustomer) requirements/processes· Responsiblefor ongoing maintenance, performance, and documentation of SOX/InternalControls related to banking activities, including (but not limited to): bankaccount inventory and quarterly bank user entitlement controls· Investigateand resolve any investment compliance notifications received from Clearwater· Monitorthe team inbox and ensure prompt uptake and response to ad hoc requests ofCorporate Treasury from both internal and external partners· Executeroutine departmental functions in support of ongoing operations, such as: dailymorning account reconciliations, ACH decisioning, working with banking partnersto facilitate non -standard payments, renewal/refresh of Treasury -specific POs· Contributeto ongoing optimization efforts on banking structure, including analysis ofbanking fees and collaboration with internal and external partners· Providead hoc support, analysis, and execution for various facets of capital markets& investments activities, which may include: share repurchase programdesign, capital markets transactions, debt covenant compliance calculations,capital surplus calculations, evaluation of investment products/vehiclestructures, foreign exchange (FX) exposure identification and hedgingstrategies· Performsother duties as assigned· Complieswith all policies and standards Required: - Treasury, ideally cash management - Excellent verbal and written communicationskills - Ability to communicate with US clients effectively - Knowledge of relevant U.S. banking and securities laws & regulations - Excellent interpersonal, and presentation and facilitation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills Shifttime: 8:30 PM – 4:30 PM // 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
