We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and products.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value.
  • Process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve supply, quality, service, or invoicing issues with vendors.
  • Coordinate with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • B.E in Electrical / Electronics and other related fields
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
