IT Recruiter (US Shift-EST) Location: Ithum Tower, Noida-62 (Onsite) Experience: 6 Months -7 year Experience Shift Hours: 07:00pm to 04:00pm (IST) Job Description : Lead full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, marketing of the role, phone screens, interviews, offers, and salary negotiations Partner with Account Managers and other leaders to fully understand the position needs and assist in crafting job descriptions (if not provided) to attract appropriate candidates Develop robust sourcing and recruitment strategies and launch campaigns to attract diverse talent Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, sourcing, events, and other channels Support Delta's efforts to source qualified candidates from the most diverse sources including and not limited to Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, other social media platforms, vendor database and other sources Contact/Telephone all sourced candidates that may lead to qualified candidates Qualify potential candidates by conducting initial telephone interviews, obtaining completed Candidate Data Sheets, references and other information as indicated by the Client s specifics. Ensure that all candidate data is entered properly, efficiently and with proper coding into ATS (applicant tacking system). Present qualified candidates to Account Executives in the proper format and follow up daily/weekly to ensure proper processing of qualified candidates. Gather pre and post interview feedback from candidates interviewed. Be in constant touch with the candidates who are in the interview cycle, who got confirmations, to minimize backouts. Assist the Account Executive(s) and candidates throughout the interview and hiring process. Ensure consistency, excellence in service and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on utilizing relevant data and information in making hiring decisions; provide guidance, direction and training on behavioral interviewing, recruitment process, and systems Meet and beat weekly qualified candidate submission targets Prepare weekly requisition reporting and other related business reports Communicate effectively and seamlessly with candidates and Delta stake holders The candidate MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
