**Job Title: IT Recruiter**

**Location**: Sector 6, Noida, UP

**Job Type**: Full Time (Night Shift) 6:30 AM to 3:30 AM
**Department**: Talent Acquisition

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other creative sourcing methods to identify and engage IT professionals across various technical skill sets.
- **Conduct Interviews and Assessments**:

- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- **Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- **Build and Maintain a Talent Pipeline**:

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to gain insights into team needs and ensure recruitment goals are aligned with business objectives.
- **Stay Up to Date on Industry Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT recruitment, emerging technologies, and the overall tech job market.
- **Report Recruitment Metrics**:

- Track and report key performance metrics related to recruitment effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other recruitment KPIs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **IT Recruiter** or in a similar role, ideally focusing on US-based recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology (e.g., cloud computing, networking, software development, databases, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess technical skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in recruiting for technical positions in a large or fast-growing company.
