**Job Title**: US IT Recruiter - ( Direct Client & SI )
**Location**: Noida ( Onsite )
**Experience**: Minimum 1+ years

**Work Mode**: 100% Onsite
**Shift**: Night Shift (06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
**Work Days**: Monday - Friday (5 Days Working)

**Compensation & Benefits**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Free Meal + Medical Insurance + Pick and Drop Facility

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment for **US IT positions**, focusing on Apex/SI clients.
- Utilize various job portals such as **Ceipal, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with **US staffing standards**, including payment terms and tax structures (**W2, C2C, and 1099**).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)**.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **3-5 years of experience** in US IT staffing and technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of **Apex/SI** recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with **ATS and job boards**.
- Expertise in sourcing through multiple channels, including job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a **high-paced, target-driven environment**.
- **Bachelor’s degree** required (**B. Tech is highly preferred**).
- **Must be currently working as a US IT Recruiter - Apex/SI.**
