**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle offer negotiations and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, immigration regulations, and market conditions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and related regulations.
- Strong familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-energy environment.
