Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team at JUZZ-IT. This is an entry-level position suitable for Freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience. As an HR Recruiter Intern, you'll be part of a vibrant team responsible for supporting various HR functions. The position offers flexibility with options for full-time, part-time, remote, and internship engagements. Job locations include Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mysuru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Lucknow. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable as it aids in identifying and sourcing potential candidates effectively. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment and hiring process efficiently. Experience in using sourcing tools to identify and attract high-potential candidates from various channels. Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of candidate searches. Ability to use CRM software to manage candidate relationship and maintain engagement effectively. Candidate screening to assess applicant qualifications and suitability for various roles (Mandatory skill). Talent pipeline development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in employer branding to communicate the values and culture of JUZZ-IT effectively (Mandatory skill). Roles and Responsibilities Assist in developing effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various channels and tools to source potential candidates and maintain an updated talent pipeline. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for available positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewing teams. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote JUZZ-ITs culture and opportunities. Support the HR team in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems. Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in organizing recruitment events and workshops to enhance sourcing efforts.
