Job Overview Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Deputy General Manager - State Head for a senior-level position. The role is based in Mumbai and Bhubaneswar and requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience and expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and local language proficiency to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction in the designated region. Qualifications and Skills Strategic planning expertise to define and implement growth strategies and initiatives for organizational success. Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve branch-level operational and financial targets consistently. Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations. Oversee financial performance by analyzing business metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and optimize processes for customer satisfaction.
