Job Title: Deputy General Manager – Sales (Radio) Location: Mumbai Electronic Media (Preferably Radio) Experience Required: 12–15 Years Employment Type: Full-time FM Tadka is currently the 7th largest radio network in India with 18 stations across 6 states. We are looking for a result-oriented Deputy General Manager – Sales (Radio)who will be responsible for driving revenue through effective ad sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, a strong network of clients, and a flair for consultative selling. Lead and manage revenue generation for Mumbai market with a strong focus on key Non-BFSI sectors such as Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, etc. Create and execute high-impact radio campaigns and brand solutions independently. Drive strategy for market expansion, new business opportunities, and long-term partnerships. Provide market intelligence and identify trends to stay ahead of competition. Collaborate with programming and creative teams for innovative concepts and idea selling. Lead and inspire the sales team while ensuring targets and objectives are achieved. Radio Industry experience is a must (minimum 10+ years in Radio Sales). Proven strong network and client connect across key sectors in Mumbai. Strong understanding of advertising ecosystem and media planning. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
