Mega drive - Hiring for International Chat Process (Contractual Role- 5 Months)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our International Blended Process. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice (10%) and non-voice channels,chats(90%), providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.

Hire Date:-22nd-Aug-25

Designation:-Associate

Work Location:-Work from Office

Education:-Graduates freshers/ Undergraduate freshers

Experience:-Any experience

Language Assessment:-Versant 55 & above (Excellent Communication Skill in English)

Shift Timing: -Shifts Window:  5:30pm to 3:30am, Two Rotational 2 weekly Offs split

Salary :Fresher/Experience :- 20K
