With an in-depth understanding of the ever-changing dynamics of the Real Estate landscape, CREDVEST covers the whole 9-yards of the Marketing-Sales-CRM value chain for Builders & Buyers.
Job Description:
Design, plan and execute the best effective marketing campaigns and strategies for all business lines
Lead, conceptualize & manage performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across offline, BTL & digital media platforms
Review and manage content marketing strategy
Drive brand positioning, differentiation, and brand equity to enhance market share and brand awareness.
Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc
I dentify channels for brand reach and lead-generation activities
Oversee all marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
Drive brand awareness and online presence through SEO-optimized content creation and strategic social media management.
Supervise and mentor the content creation and SEO teams, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and drives traffic.
Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, data analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
P lanning and budgetary control of all marketing and technology efforts and being responsible for all campaign deliverables
Determine KPIs for the marketing team
Work closely with customer and sales teams
Stay well-informed about the industry’s advancements and emerging marketing technologies.
Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
Job requirements::
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills and effective collaborations with other teams.
Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
Post Graduation in Marketing/ MBA from a premier institute like IIM/ISB/XLRI or any top Business school
10-15 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- focusing on marketing expansion.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a leadership role
