Job Title: PMO - Associate Consultant (Support SDM)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented PMO/SDM Associate with 3+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with SAP functional modules is a plus. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Support project management and service delivery activities across various initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and deliverables.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3 + years of experience in PMO or SDM roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of SAP functional modules is preferable.
