Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Executive to join our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams and functions. This role involves managing project resources, tracking progress, preparing reports and dashboards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project and program managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and maintain up-to-date records of project assignments.
  • Manage and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
  • Facilitate and document meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to PMO processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with project audits and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a Project Management, PMO Executive, or Analyst role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the Banking / BFSI domain is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
