· Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.· Customize Salesforce Service Cloud functionality to meet business needs, including developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.· Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications as needed.· Lead and mentor junior Salesforce administrators and developers.· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.· Stay current on Salesforce Service Cloud best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce capabilities.· Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support initiatives.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.· Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.· Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.· Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, data model, and security model.· Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.· Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.· Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
