KeyResponsibilities:
Policyand Procedure Development: Develop implement and maintaincompliance policies and procedures in alignment with SEBIregulations andguidelines.
ComplianceReviews Audits and Regulatory Monitoring: Conduct regularcompliance reviews and audits to evaluate adherence to regulatoryrequirements identify areas for enhancement and monitor changes inSEBI regulations and industry best practices. Proactively addressemerging complianceissues.
Trainingand Guidance: Provide compliance training and guidance to employeesto enhance awareness and understanding of regulatoryrequirements.
ComplianceInvestigations and Collaboration: Investigate and respond tocompliance inquiries complaints and regulatory inquiries promptlyand effectively. Collaborate with internal departments includinglegal risk management and operations to address compliancerelatedmatters. Implement corrective actions asnecessary.
RegulatoryReporting and Examinations: Prepare and submit regulatory reportsand filings to SEBI authorities accurately and in a timely manner.Serve as the primary point of contact for SEBI regulators andcoordinate regulatory examinations and inspections asrequired.
IndustryAwareness and Compliance Framework: Stay informed about industrytrends regulatory developments and emerging risks. Providestrategic advice and recommendations to senior management. Ensureimplementation of regulatory and corporate compliances with respectto SEBI and other regulatoryauthorities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strongproblem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challengingcustomer situations. Exceptional communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and makedata-driven decisions. Proficient in customer support software andtools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for deliveringoutstanding service.
