Video Quality Check Manager. Key Responsibilities. Quality Assurance: The primary responsibility of the Quality Check Manager is to ensure that every video produced by our team meets the quality standards expected by our clients. This involves meticulous review and evaluation of video content for accuracy, visual appeal, and adherence to client guidelines. Template Verification: Crosscheck and verify that all video content adheres to client-specific templates and guidelines. Ensure that the team follows these templates accurately while maintaining creativity and quality. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of editors responsible for video production. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to editors to maintain and enhance their skills. Offer moral and team support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Editor Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for editors, selecting candidates who demonstrate high-end editing skills. Develop a strong and talented editorial team capable of consistently delivering quality work. Performance Audits: Conduct weekly audits of editors' performance. Assess their work for accuracy, consistency, and creativity. Provide constructive feedback and implement necessary training to address performance gaps. Deadline Management: Ensure that videos are delivered to clients on or before the specified deadlines. Maintain an organized quality control (QC) board to track the progress of videos and prioritize tasks to meet daily goals. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new editing styles, techniques, and industry trends. Implement the latest editing standards within the team to continually improve the quality of video content. Payment Tracking: Maintain a payment cutting sheet for editors, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for their work. Handle any payment-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. As the Quality Check Manager, your role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality video content that exceeds our clients' expectations. Your leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining quality standards are essential to the success of our video production team. Job Location: Trivandrum Salary Package: 2.6 LPA
