Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in air ticketing (international) with a focus on GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
  • Proficiency in handling PNRs (Passenger Name Records) and processing refunds according to IATA guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of travel process flowcharts and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
