Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage international ticket bookings using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight cancellations, delays, or changes.
- Process refunds for tickets according to IATA regulations.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and clients to ensure smooth execution of itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries via phone or email.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in air ticketing (international) with a focus on GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
- Proficiency in handling PNRs (Passenger Name Records) and processing refunds according to IATA guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of travel process flowcharts and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
