Position Overview:

As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new tender submissions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and leading negotiations to secure contracts. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids for RFPs and tenders in the IT industry.- Analyze client requirements and develop compelling proposals that highlight our solutions and value proposition.- Collaborate with technical, legal, and financial teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate bid responses.- Manage the negotiation process with clients, addressing any concerns and aligning on project scope and deliverables.- Maintain a comprehensive database of RFPs and tender submissions, tracking deadlines and follow-ups.- Develop and implement best practices for bid management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.- Over 4 years of proven experience in bid management or proposal writing in the IT industry.- Strong understanding of the tendering process and negotiation techniques.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
