The role will be responsible for end to end delivery of Vehicle / Powertrain Aggregates from JV (FIAPL) sites. Need to liaison with FIAPL and TML Operations planning team for Tactical Planning and Delivery including .
Dimensions of the position
Financial: Annual Engine and TA volumes of (FY22) / Vehicle Volumes
Non-financial: inventory optimisation (current target at 3 DOH)

Relevant Experience :
1. BE with overall experience of 10-15 years in manufacturing. At least 5-8 years of Technical knowledge of Vehicle / Powertrain Delivery and Supply Chain experience 
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures
1Execution of Production Plan
•Engage with concerned teams and execute day wise Vehichle / Powertrain production and shift plan as per the requirement 
•Support the availability of material in the Shop warehouse for the planned production mix; escalate as necessary to SCM
•Follow up to ensure availability of workforce as per the defined shift plan
•Production nos.
•JPH
2Shop Supply Chain Management
•Review of parts along with SCM and Powertrain SCM head for procurement and inventory plan to support for smooth functioning of the line
•Engage with location SCM team to meet the monthly / daily production targets
•Monitor daily SPD & exports schedule to meet the requirements
•Ensure collaboration between Warehousing and Manufacturing teams
•Production downtime
3Logistics Services Management
•Review the entire list of day-to-day Powertrain shipments / deliveries of goods to and from plants and monitor status of the same
•Tracking and Monitoring of Service Level Agreements & Performances contracts / agreements / PO's
•Create mitigation action plan in case of exceptions and escalate appropriately
•Transit Insurance Management and Recovery of Loss & Damage
•Logistics Reliability
•Service Provider Performance
•Loss/Damage of Goods
