• Experience in handling legal matters in PSUs / Companies / Corporate Houses / Law Firms / Law Research Institutions.


• Experience in Drafting rules/regulation/responses to legal notices/counter affidavits/ handling public contracts matters is desirable

Job Profile


• Provide in-house assistance/support for establishment of best practices w.r.t framework of the organization so as to secure and safeguard the interests of UIDAI


• Assist in formulating/reviewing UIDAI laws, policies, regulations, audits, grievances, etc.


• Assist in drafting, vetting, reviewing all types of OMs, SOPs, agreements, Aadhaar Act, documents, tenders, e-office files, etc.


• Render legal opinions, pre-empting legal action and suggesting the appropriate recourse.


• Render advice for planning the strategies and procedures to be followed in various projects/cases.


• Monitor contracts for various compliances.


• Drafting replies for legal cases, RTIs and analyse court cases by interacting with and assisting the UIDAI council.


• Drafting and executing Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with Registrars.


• Look into various contracts entered into by the UIDAI including drafting of the Contracts with the new vendors and all matters arising out of it.


• Monitoring and coordinating with different officers in relation to the amendments/policies/vetting/inputs/court cases/ litigation etc.


• Any other matters of nature similar to others.
