Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Air Imports, located in Delhi, India. The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for air import shipments, including coordinating with airlines, handling documentation, and managing customs processes. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment status, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and support in all aspects of air import logistics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Air Import Management, Shipping, and International Logistics
  • Thorough knowledge of Customs Regulations and Compliance
  • Strong Coordination, Documentation Handling, and Operational Skills
  • Proficiency in Client Management and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication, Problem Solving, and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with logistics software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
