Responsibilities
- Assistin planning appointments board meetingsetc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes andMonitor office supplies
- Handle and prioritizeall outgoing or incoming correspondence (email letters packagesetc.)
- Handle confidential documents ensuringthey remain secure
- Conduct research and preparepresentations or reports as assigned
- Act as thepoint of contact between the manager and internal/externalclients
- Manage diary and schedule meetings andappointments
- Produce reports presentations andbriefs
- Devise and maintain office filingsystem
RequiredQualifications:
- English and Nepaliwriting skills.
- Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
- High level ofdiscretion and confidentiality.
- Ability toprioritize and meet deadlines.
