JobDuties: Finalization of Audit Primary Responsibility for quality ofFinancial Statements and finalisation of Statutory Audits forvarious legal entities in accordance with the local regulatoryrequirements Ensure Audit milestones are met through seamlesscoordination with the internal functional teams and the auditorsHandle audit escalations and support team technically andpersonally in ensuring successful audit completion Decide onmatters involving complex accounting treatments criticalobservations materiality estimates and judgements. Engageleadership / technical experts as required where audit opinion /quality / timeliness is impacted. Trusted Advisor. Lead aTeam
DesiredProfile (Education/Experience) QualifiedChartered Accountant with 7 years of experience in handlingStatutory Audits and other areas of local financialreporting. Experience in accounting in USGAAP & IFRS / any Asia FRSExperience in SAP or other ERP is preferred Big 4 experience will be an advantage BasicKnowledge of Compliances relating to Taxes / Secretarial / trade/Currency to the extent impacting financial reporting will berequired Excellent Communication andinterpersonal skills required.
OtherPreferred Skills: Knowledge of industry general accountingpractices proactive demonstrate strong leadership and high EQMaintaining stable performance under demanding business needs andsupport to the Business to the urgency.
