Position Overview This role is responsible for
generating qualified leads
, scheduling product demonstrations, and driving sales growth by establishing a strong network of
real estate channel partners
,
project site
CRMs (sales associates at real estate projects), and data vendors. These partners serve as key connectors, linking the company with potential buyers. The position involves both onboarding new partners and nurturing relationships with existing ones to maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner & CRM Acquisition Proactively identify, engage, and onboard projects and real estate brokers in Hyderabad. Present the value proposition of partnering with the company and ensure smooth onboarding. Expand the company's network to enhance lead generation and market reach.
Account Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners and CRMs. Ensure continued engagement, motivation, and productivity among partners.
Lead Generation & Qualification Drive a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through channel partners and project site CRMs. Focus on generating leads with a high likelihood of conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including outbound calling specialists who engage leads, generate interest in home automation, and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
Channel Partner Payout Management Develop and implement a transparent and standardized payout structure based on factors such as deal size, partner type, and performance metrics. Define commission structures, payout schedules, and performance-based incentives. Ensure fairness, consistency, and clear communication of payout policies across all partner categories.
Performance & Target Management Achieve monthly performance targets linked to key business metrics, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, and closed sales.
Key Success Metrics
Lead Generation Targets:
Monthly targets for the number of qualified leads generated through channel partners and CRMs. Opportunity Conversion:
Targets for the number of leads that progress from initial contact to opportunity stage. Demo Completion:
Monthly targets for the number of product demonstrations conducted. Sales Targets:
Sales volume generated through channel partner referrals.
Key Competencies
Strong relationship-building and management skills with channel partners and CRMs. Ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Proficiency in contract negotiation. Willingness to travel frequently and conduct on-site visits. Experience in luxury real estate sales. Strong market research and analytical skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Management. Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
is required. Proven experience in
real estate channel management, business development, and sales
through brokers, project CRMs, and developers. Strong understanding of
partner ecosystems
and expertise in optimizing lead generation and conversion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging CRM tools and market insights to drive revenue growth.
