Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation and nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients in need of website development and digital marketing services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Utilize various tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and CRM systems, to generate and nurture leads.
- Create and manage campaigns to capture leads through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless lead-to-sale process.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing or website development industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret lead generation metrics and KPIs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
