About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lead generator to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Conduct initial client meetings and presentations to understand their business needs and align them with our services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and manage the sales process.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Analyze market data to identify target segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track leads through the sales funnel.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with relevant information and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience in the IT services and consulting industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Other Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including the specified shift timings.
