Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Search Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Executive Search Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for leadership positions, conducting candidate assessments, managing the full recruitment process, and collaborating with clients to understand their organizational needs. The role involves networking, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and utilizing advanced recruiting techniques to secure the best talent for our clients.

Qualifications

Min 3 years of work

  • Experience in Executive Search and Leadership hiring is a must .
  • Skills in Talent Consulting and strategic guidance
  • Ability to conduct candidate assessments and manage the recruitment process
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using advanced recruiting techniques and technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the consulting or recruitment industry is a plus
