Location : HyderabadPosition : Sr. US IT recruiter - State ClientsExperience : 3 - 5 yearsJob Description:- Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.- Strong work experience on State Clients requirements.- Proficient with job boards, posting, sourcing, searching skills.- Ability to utilize various facilities of ATS for search of prospective candidates- At least 3+ years experience in US IT Recruitment with good organization.- Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients, prime Vendors, implementation partners.- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database- Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle of IT consultants in USA
