Domestic IT recruitment experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define candidate profiles.- Source candidates using Linked In, job boards, internal databases, and networking events.- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the EU/UK/US markets.- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terms.- Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
