Role & responsibilities: • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance codes. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation that may affect the company. • Prepare and file statutory returns and other legal documents as required. • Maintain records of board minutes and resolutions. • Act as the point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities. • Manage communication and correspondence between the company and its shareholders. • Handle administrative tasks related to the board, including meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes. • Coordinate the preparation and filing of the company's annual reports. • Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of information to regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications: Professional qualification as a Company Secretary. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. • 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
